The annual fee to participate provides a number of amenities that come with being a patient in a smaller medical practice.
Longer, Unhurried Appointments
The typical pediatrician must see as many as 50 patients each day. In my practice I can schedule much longer appointments than was previously possible. Because your child will be one of a small number of patients, I can take the time we need to address your child’s health issues.
Telephone and e-Mail Consultation
To make the most efficient use of your time, I will gladly accept telephone and e-mail consultations when appropriate. Of course, it is not always possible to give you the best advice in this manner so it may be best for you to be seen in the office.
Coordination of Specialty Care
If your child needs specialty care, I will work closely with other providers. My staff and I will make careful recommendations and facilitate communication and follow-up. My office will also make arrangements to get you the earliest available appointment. I will oversee their care, should they require hospitalization, to maximize your benefit and outcome.
First New Born Visit at Home
Why bring your new baby out and about, when we can come to you? Your baby's first visit can be done from the comfort of your own home. Our nurse practitioner can weigh, measure and examine your baby and she will also educate and answer all your questions about feeding, and sleep patterns at an additional fee.

After-Hours House Calls
After-hour house calls are available to members of Pediatric Platinum Care for non-emergent care, at an additional fee. Our nurse practitioner will be available from 5:30pm - 10:00pm to see your child/children in the comfort of your own home. In home testing and treatments: Strep Tests, Flu Tests, Mono-tests, Urinalysis, Breathing Treatments, and Injectables
24-Hour Accessibility
You will have direct access to me for any medical issue (including holidays and evenings), large or small. While there are instances when I will be away or unavailable, my practice will always be covered in the same responsive manner by a dedicated colleague.
Prescription Facilitation
My staff and I will facilitate your prescription needs by ensuring the correct information is provided in a timely manner to your preferred pharmacy via our latest electronic e-prescribing system.
eClinicalworks Healow Portal
Our eclinicalworks patient portal is a secure online website that will give you convenient 24-hour access to your child's personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection or with the Healow App. Using a secure username and password, you can view health information such as:
