Dr. Vicente Roger has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. He completed his pediatric training at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York City. Dr. Roger has been affiliated with Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach since 1989 when he began private practice. Since 1990 he has held an Associate Professorship at Miami Children's Hospital where he is actively involved with the residency-training program. Since 1989, Dr. Roger's private practice has grown and this led to the addition of new associates.
Despite a busy schedule Dr. Roger has remained active in academic medicine and was one of the founders who established the pediatric service at Camillus House in Miami.
Dr. Roger is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Medicine and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics in 1991.
He is consistently listed in Consumers Research Council of America's "Guide to America's Top Pediatricians." His name was published in the "Best Doctors in South Florida," a list created by fellow physicians in the area.
