Annual Fee

The Comprehensive Preventative Medical Examination, and all of the amenities of a small practice are included in the annual fee.

Third Child.....................................................................$1000
Fourth Child and Any Additional Children.....................FREE

The annual fee is not in lieu of insurance. You will still need health insurance to cover other visits not included in the annual fee. Also, your existing coverage will be used for care need outside of my office with specialist, hospitals, labs, x-rays, or pharmacies.
